Dear Customers, Partners and Well-wishers,

Dongra Industries began with a simple belief: everyday cleaning and women centred preventive health care products should be safe, effective and honestly made. From our unit in Kotalpar, Bhandara, Maharashtra, we make home and personal care products under our two brands, NewPRITE .

Every product we make starts with a question: would I be comfortable using this in my own home, around my own family? That question guides how we choose ingredients, how we test our formulations, and how we control quality at every stage of production.

We are a young, growing company, and we do not claim to have all the answers. What we do commit to is:

• Quality that is consistent, with documented processes and inspection at each stage.
• Honesty in what we say, so that every claim on our labels and website is one we can stand behind.
• Continuous improvement, as we work to make our formulations, manufacturing and packaging better for people and the environment.
• Compliance and responsibility, because building a lasting business means respecting regulations, customers and the community around us.

CEO’s Message

Dear Customers, Partners and Stakeholders,

Welcome to Dongra Industries. We are a Green-category MSME manufacturer of home and women centred health care products, and our work is built around one idea: a product that cleans well must also be safe to use and honest about what it is.

Our two brands serve different needs. NewPRITE home care & personal care share the same standards: carefully developed formulations, documented manufacturing processes and quality checks before a product leaves our unit.

As CEO, my focus is on three things.

• Quality first. We build our systems, inspection plans and SOPs so that quality does not depend on any one person or any one batch.
• Responsible growth. We grow step by step, expanding capacity, reaching new markets and building partnerships only when we can deliver on our promises.
• Transparency. We communicate clearly with customers, institutional buyers and partners about what our products do and what they do not.

We are also investing in the long term: improving our formulations and packaging, strengthening compliance, and building reliable supply for retail, institutional and export customers.

Message from the Operations Director

Operations Director’s Message

Dear Customers, Partners and Stakeholders,

Behind every bottle that leaves our unit is a set of everyday processes: how raw materials are received, how a batch is made, how it is checked, and how it is packed and dispatched. As Operations Director, my job is to make sure these processes are done the same careful way every time.

At Dongra Industries, operations are built on four principles:

• Right materials. We source raw materials and packaging from identified suppliers and verify them before they enter production.
• Controlled processes. Each product is made to a defined formulation and documented procedure, so the process does not depend on any one person.
• Checked before dispatch. Inspection and testing at defined stages help ensure that what reaches you matches what we intended to make.
• Safe and compliant working. We follow applicable regulatory requirements and aim for a safe workplace for our team and a responsible approach to waste and the environment.

We are a young, growing manufacturer, and we scale carefully. Each new product, order or market is taken up only when our people, process and capacity are ready to deliver it reliably and on time.

I thank our team for their discipline on the shop floor, our suppliers for their dependability, and our customers for the trust they place in NewPRITE (Home care and personal care) products. We will keep working to deserve it.
